SECTION 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must contact us at support@gym-babes.com within the withdrawal period.

Returned products must be:

unworn
unwashed
unused
in original condition
with all original tags and packaging attached

GymBabes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The correct return instructions and return address will be provided after approval of the return request.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
