RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving their order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must contact us at support@gym-babes.com within the withdrawal period.

Returned items must comply with all return conditions listed below.


100-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

In addition to the legal 14-day withdrawal period, GymBabes offers a 100-Day Money Back Guarantee for products that:

  • arrive damaged
  • contain manufacturing defects
  • do not match the product description, advertisements, or product images

This guarantee reflects our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return or refund, products must:

  • be unused and unworn
  • be unwashed
  • be free from odors, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage
  • be returned in original condition
  • include all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • include proof of purchase or order confirmation

GymBabes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or incorrect upon arrival:

  • products that have been worn, washed, or used
  • products without original tags or packaging
  • gift cards
  • hygiene-sensitive items where applicable
  • items damaged by improper use
  • returns sent without prior approval

During promotional periods or discounted purchases, GymBabes reserves the right, where legally permitted, to issue store credit or vouchers instead of monetary refunds.

This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our Customer Support Team at:

Please include:

  • full name
  • order number
  • date of purchase
  • reason for return
  • clear photos of the product(s) if damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and respond with further return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A return shipping fee of €4.95 may be deducted from the final refund amount where applicable.

Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping method. GymBabes is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

The correct return address will be provided after approval of the return request.


REFUND PROCESS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • refunds are typically completed within 10 business days after approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you would like to exchange an approved item for another size or product, please contact our support team. Any price difference may be charged or refunded accordingly.


PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:

  • items returned in a condition different from the original condition
  • missing packaging or tags
  • signs of wear or use
  • incomplete returns

If applicable, customers will be informed before the refund is processed.


DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photographic evidence for quality assessment and claim verification.

GymBabes reserves the right to deny claims where insufficient evidence is provided.


LOST, UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGES

GymBabes is not responsible for:

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • unclaimed packages
  • refused deliveries
  • delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, additional shipping fees may apply.


CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PREVENTION

GymBabes reserves the right to investigate fraudulent claims, abusive return behavior, or unauthorized chargebacks.

Orders associated with suspicious activity may be refused, canceled, or restricted from future purchases.
